“Kubera Moolai” THE CORNER OF WEALTH:-

The main cause of financial flash or crash creates from the south-west corner for a place, which is called in Tamil as “Kubera Moolai” meaning THE CORNER OF WEALTH.
  • The financial position crashes if there is any construction of sumpseptic tank, bore well, well, or any structure which is below the earth in the south-west corner of the house, shop and office.
  • The financial position flashes high if there is any construction of over head tank, bed room, store room, office, shop and elevated room.
  • The almirahs and safety lockers in which jewelry, valuables and important papers are kept should be positioned very carefully, according to Vastu Shastra. The ideal location is at the west-side wall, facing the east, or a southwest corner facing the east or the north.
  • Locating the safety locker at the south wall facing the north also brings good fortune. The door of the locker should preferably open to the north, which is the direction of Kubera (God of Wealth) as per Vastu.
  • Do not place the locker in north-east corner as it would cause loss of wealth. South-east and north-west corner are also not preferred either as it can lead to unnecessary expenditure.
  • Make sure that the safety locker is not placed under the beam as it causes extreme pressure on financial stability.
  • The north-east corner is other source causing prosperity and wealth to flourish. This corner is called in Tamil as “Eeshanya Moolai” meaning THE CORNER OF GOD.
  • The development and stability of a place is guaranteed if well, bore well, sump for storing water is constructed in the north-east corner of the house and plot.
  • The overhead tank, when constructed in the north-east portion of the house causes severe down pour of ill luck and worsens the financial position.
  • Fish aquariums kept in the south-west corner of the hall are very positive for wealth.  The fishes are to be attractive. Choose some active and healthy fish and try to make sure that they are strong swimmers and active. Keep the water dirt free and aerated. The constant movement of fish will keep the energy of wealth on the move.
  • If the plot is very close to Shiva, Vishnu or Shakti or any temple and its shadow falls on the plot or house in the north or east direction, it reduces the vibration.
  • There should not be a temple, mosque, church, high raise buildings or mountains on the North-east side or straight ahead of the gate which may cause financial loss.
  • Financial loss is sure to come if  there is considerably less open space in the north-east side of the building or heavy machinery etc. have been installed in the north-east portion of the plot.
  • The elder or earning member or head of the family is must never occupy the north-east portion of the house.
  • The road in the front of the building shall not be higher than the floor inside the building.
  • The plot should not be facing any road considered to effect ill luck. Some roads cause bad sign of financial loss, only some roads favor good luck.
  • The slope of the floor of the building is favorable towards the north-east corner compared to the south-west corner.
  • Bad luck comes with misfortune, if there is a damaged building exactly opposite to the gate or main door of the house.
  • The east portion of the house shall not be higher than the west portion of the house, considering both floor level and building level.
  • The north or east side compound wall of the building should never be constructed as curved.
  • Never place the overhead tank in the middle. This place is known as the Brahmasthanam. If there is load on the Brahma, life of the individuals living in the house would be choked.
  • The building or the house shall not be constructed mainly or only in the east and north side.
  • Tall and huge trees planted in the north-east side of the house blocking morning sunlight, imbalance financial stability.
  • Tall and huge trees planted in the south-west side of the house prevents from misfortunes and improves balance of financial stability
  • The well, bore well and sump in the southeast, south, west, or south-west of the house or building creates a bad vibration and causes ill health and financial loss.
  • Store room in the house or office building is in the north-east of the plot.
  • Keep the doors and windows clean and sparkling, as dirty glass restricts the flow of money.
  • Drainage pipes should be fitted in the east or the north area of factories, offices or residences.
  • Overhead tank in the south-east corner is a bad omen and results in loss of wealth and accidents.
  • A Water Fountain at the north-east corner of the house or hall with gentle sound of the water flowing provides positive energy to the rooms and also increases the inflow of money.

Worship of Shiva lingam is considered the prime worship for the devotees of Lord Shiva. The significance of the “Jyotir Shiva lingam” is that it is the glorious light (flame) form of the Supreme - solidified to make the worship of it easier.
